10 REASONS TO BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE

1.) Its Honesty

The Bible is painfully honest. It shows Jacob, the father of its "chosen people," to be a deceiver. It describes Moses, the lawgiver, as an insecure, reluctant leader, who, in his first attempt to come to the aid of his own people, killed a man, and then ran for life to the desert. It portrays David not only as Israel's most loved king, general, and spiritual leader, but as one who took another man's wife and then, to cover his own sin, conspired to have her husband killed. At one point, the Scriptures accuse the people of God, the nation of Israel, as being so bad they made Sodom and Gomorrah look good by comparison (Ezekiel 16:46-52). The Bible represents human nature as hostile to God. It predicts a future full of trouble. It teaches that the road to heaven is narrow and the way to hell is wide. Scripture was clearly not written for those who want simple answers or an easy, optimistic view of religion and human nature.

2.)Its Preservation

Just as the modern state of Israel was emerging from thousands of years of dispersion, a bedouin shepherd discovered one of the most important archeological treasures of our time. In a cave of the northwest rim of the Dead Sea, a broken jar yielded documents that had been hidden for two millennia. Additional finds produced manuscripts that predated previous oldest copies by 1,000 years. One of the most important was a copy of Isaiah. It revealed a document that is essentially the same as the book of Isaiah that appears in our own Bibles. The Dead Sea scrolls emerged from the dust like a symbolic handshake to a nation coming home. They discredited the claims of those who believed that the original Bible had been lost to time and tampering.

3.)Its Claims For Itself

It's important to know what the Bible says about itself. If the authors of Scripture had not claimed to speak for God, it would be presumptuous for us to make that claim for them. We would also have a different kind of problem. We would have a collection of unsolved mysteries, embodied in historical and ethical literature. But we would not have a book that has inspired the building of countless churches and synagogues all over the world. A Bible that did not claim to speak on behalf of God would not have become foundational to the faith of hundreds of millions of Christians and Jews (2 Peter 1:16-21). But with much supporting evidence and argument, the Bible's authors did claim to be inspired by God. Because millions have staked their present and eternal well-being on those claims, the Bible cannot be a good book if its authors consistently lied about their source of information.

4.)Its Miracles

Israel's exodus from Egypt provided a historical basis for believing that God revealed Himself to Israel. If the Red Sea did not part as Moses said it did, the Old Testament loses its authority to speak on behalf of God. The New Testament is just as dependent upon miracles. If Jesus did not rise bodily from the dead, the apostle Paul admits that the Christian faith is built on a lie (1 Corinthians 15:14-17). To show its credibility, the New Testament names its witnesses, and did so within a time-frame that enabled those claims to be tested (1 Corinthians 15:1-8). Many of the witnesses ended up as martyrs, not for abstract moral or spiritual convictions but for their claim that Jesus had risen from the dead. While martyrdom is not unusual, the basis on which these people gave their lives is what's important. Many have died for what they believed to be the truth. But people do not die for what they know to be a lie.

5.)Its Unity

Forty different authors writing over a period of 1,600 years penned the 66 books of the Bible. Four hundred silent years separated the 39 books of the Old Testament from the 27 of the New Testament. Yet, from Genesis to Revelation, they tell one unfolding story. Together they give consistent answers to the most important questions we can ask: Why are we here? How can we come to terms with our fears? How can we get along? How can we rise above our circumstances and keep hope alive? How can we make peace with our Maker? The Bible's consistent answers to these questions show that the Scriptures are not many books but one.

6.)Its Historical And Geographical Accuracy

Down through the ages, many have doubted the historical and geographical accuracy of the Bible. Yet modern archeologists have repeatedly unearthed evidence of the people, places, and cultures described in the Scriptures. Time after time, the descriptions in the biblical record have been shown to be more reliable than the speculations of scholars. The modern visitor to the museums and lands of the Bible cannot help but come away impressed with the real geographical and historical backdrop of the biblical text.

7.)Its Endorsement By Christ

Many have spoken well of the Bible, but no endorsement is as compelling as that of Jesus of Nazareth. He recommended the Bible not only by His words but by His life. In times of personal temptation, public teaching, and personal suffering, He made it clear that He believed the Old Testament Scriptures were more than a national tradition ( Matthew 4:1-11; 5:17-19). He believed the Bible was a book about Himself. To His countrymen He said, "You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me. But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life" (John 5:39-40 ).

8.)Its Prophetic Accuracy

From the days of Moses, the Bible predicted events no one wanted to believe. Before Israel went into the Promised Land, Moses predicted that Israel would be unfaithful, that she would lose the land God was giving her, and that she would be dispersed throughout all the world, regathered, and then re-established (Deuteronomy 28-31 ). Central to Old Testament prophecy was the promise of a Messiah who would save God's people from their sins and eventually bring judgment and peace to the whole world.

9.)Its Survival

The books of Moses were written 500 years before the earliest Hindu Scriptures. Moses wrote Genesis 2,000 years before Muhammad penned the Koran. During that long history, no other book has been as loved or as hated as the Bible. No other book has been so consistently bought, studied, and quoted as this book. While millions of other titles come and go, the Bible is still the book by which all other books are measured. While often ignored by those who are uncomfortable with its teachings, it is still the central book of Western civilization.

10.)Its Power To Change Lives

Unbelievers often point to those who claim to believe in the Bible without being changed by it. But history is also marked by those who have been bettered by this book. The Ten Commandments have been a source of moral direction to countless numbers of people. The Psalms of David have offered comfort in times of trouble and loss. Jesus' Sermon on the Mount has given millions an antidote for stubborn pride and proud legalism. Paul's description of love in 1 Corinthians 13 has softened angry hearts. The changed lives of people like the apostle Paul, Augustine, Martin Luther, John Newton, Leo Tolstoy, and C. S. Lewis illustrate the difference the Bible can make. Even entire nations or tribes, like the Celts of Ireland, the wild Vikings of Norway, or the Auca Indians of Ecuador have been transformed by the Word of God and the unprecedented life and significance of Jesus Christ.

曾听过一则故事：有一个男人死后，终于解脱人世间的苦难重担，而到了一个金碧辉煌、雕龙画凤，到处是美丽花园、小桥流水的地方；在一片无限的果园中，令人垂涎的水果随时可摘，吃、喝、玩、乐，什么都有！哇，这真是「人间天堂」啊！

当这男人要进入「天堂」时，门口警卫就非常礼貌地告诉他：「欢迎您来到这里！您是我们的贵宾，我们一定会提供您最好的服务！... ...不过，在您进去之前，我们必须有个君子协定，请您听完之后，再考虑要不要进去；可是一旦进去了，就不能再出来！」

「这话怎么说呢？」男人问。

「报告贵宾，不知您喜不喜欢吃山珍海味？」

「喜欢啊！」

「太好了，我们这里提供全世界最好吃的山珍海味，举凡中国菜、日本菜、法国菜、鲍鱼、熊掌... ...应有尽有！只要您想吃什么，都可以随便吃！」警卫说。

接着，警卫又问：「不知道您喜不喜欢睡？」

「喜欢啊！我很喜欢睡！」

「嗯，我们这里很适合您！我们这里的床有『席梦思牌』、有『柯林顿牌』、也有总统『十星际套房』，每天一定让您睡得香喷喷的、舍不得起床！而且，您爱睡多久就可以睡多久，绝对没有人会来唠叨您！」

此时，警卫又问道：「您喜欢玩吗？... ...我们这里有KTV、卡拉OK、撞球、电动玩具、高尔夫球、迪士尼乐园、小人国... ...什么都有！」

这男人听了，微笑猛点头：「太棒了、太棒了，这里就是我想要的啊！」

「您讨厌工作吗？」警卫又说：「我们的协定中很重要的一点就是，我们这里没有工作可以做！不管您怎么吃喝玩乐都可以，但就是『完全没事做』，非常清闲！这样，您愿不愿意进来？」

「哇，真是太好了，这岂不是我梦寐以求的天堂吗？要，要，我当然要进去！」

一个月过去了，这男人天天吃满汉全席、看电影、唱KTV、玩电动玩具、打高尔夫球、飙车、睡席梦思床... ...可是，好像觉得「很无聊」耶！

「可不可以给我一些工作做啊？」后来这男人忍不住问警卫。

「我们不是已经君子协定、约法三章了吗？我们这里除了『吃喝玩乐、睡觉』之外，就是『没事可做』啊！」警卫口气坚定地说。

这男人没办法，只好继续天天吃山珍海味、龙虾鲍鱼、换睡柯林顿总统名床、逛金碧辉煌的房子、唱卡拉OK、看电影... ...

三个月之后，男人又大声的对警卫说：「拜托你找一些事给我做好不好？... ...你再给我每天吃海陆大餐、蒙古烤肉、天天睡香喷喷的名床、玩电动玩具、看电影、打撞球... ...我都快疯掉了，我实在受不了了！你再不给我事情做，我宁愿下地狱，也不愿呆在这个鬼地方了！」

此时，警卫冷冷地说：「你以为这里是天堂啊？这里本来就是『地狱』啊！」

是的，每天看美景，就看腻了，也不会觉得多漂亮！

而且，人活着，若天天享受着山珍海味、吃喝玩乐，却游手好闲、无事可做，就像「行尸走肉」，没有一点意义！它让你「没有理想、没有创作力、没有成就动机」，甚至变成一种麻木不忍的「痛苦与梦魇」！

因此，无工作、无目标的人是可悲的、也是不幸的；看看蚂蚁，天天忙碌搬食，路上遇到同伴，也只是「点个头就走」，不像咱们人，见到面，老是「吱吱喳喳、聊个不停」！

再看看蚕儿，天天忙于吐丝，明知逐日接近死亡，仍然不停止地吐丝、工作。

所以，「积极努力、平安喜乐」，天堂自然在你我心中啊！

A reviewer from Book Sense says, "This is one of those rare books that comes along and makes you question everything you thought you knew about religion, art, and what you were taught in school. It's fast-paced, enthralling, and simply impossible to put down."

The Da Vinci Code begins with a lengthy list of acknowledgments and then a "fact page" designed to leave the impression that the novel is based on careful research of little-known facts.

One of the book's main characters is Robert Langdon, a fictional Harvard professor of religious symbology. Claiming years of research, the professor maintains that for 1,700 years, the church has been covering up the real truth about Jesus. His views are later echoed by a fictional British royal historian referred to as Sir Leigh Teabing who says things like, "almost everything our fathers taught us about Christ is false" (The Da Vinci Code, p.235).

The title of the book comes from the claim that Leonardo Da Vinci—along with other notables like Sir Isaac Newton and Victor Hugo—was a member of a secret society entrusted with the truth about Jesus. The secret of this group (The Priory of Sion) is that Jesus had a daughter by Mary Magdalene. Mary, according to the Priory, was the true Holy Grail who bore the royal bloodline of Jesus on earth. This, according to the professor, is a fact the church will kill to suppress.

What many readers fail to keep in mind is that The Da Vinci Code is fiction. Worse yet, the story rests not on careful research, but on a documented fraud passed off as truth. The idea that Leonardo was a member of The Priory of Sion is based on a document proven by a French court of law to be a forgery and a hoax (The Truth Behind The Da Vinci Code by Richard Abanes, Harvest House Publishers, pp.48-57).

The Da Vinci Code's "alternative view of history" also falsely states that Jesus was not regarded as a God until the fourth century when the Roman emperor Constantine decided it was in his own political interests to unite the empire by giving Jesus "an impenetrable cloak of divinity" (The Da Vinci Code, p.233).

To make the claim plausible, fictional historian Teabing says, "The most profound moment in Christian history" occurred when "Constantine commissioned and financed a new Bible, which omitted those gospels that spoke of Christ's human traits and embellished those gospels that made Him godlike. The earlier gospels were outlawed, gathered up, and burned" (The Da Vinci Code, p.234).

The Da Vinci Code claims that some of the documents Constantine tried to destroy managed to survive in scrolls found in 1945 at Nag Hammadi, Egypt. These scrolls allegedly "highlight glaring historical discrepancies and fabrications, clearly confirming that the modern Bible was compiled and edited by men who possessed a political agenda—to promote the divinity of the man Jesus Christ and use His influence to solidify their own power base" (The Da Vinci Code, p.234).

The ancient texts found at Nag Hammadi, however, were not "lost books of the Bible," as Teabing claims. They were the writings of a mystery religion known as Gnosticism. Gnostics viewed spirit as good and matter as evil. They denied the physical body and crucifixion of Jesus and emphasized a secret knowledge received only by those initiated into the religion. The early church rejected their teachings long before Constantine.

But even if The Da Vinci Code doesn't stand up under scrutiny, is it possible that the Bible has been altered through thousands of years of countless copies and versions? This is the kind of question that is best answered by those who have applied the principles of science to manuscript evidence. Scholars spend lifetimes examining all available manuscripts and fragments of manuscripts. They note and map any variations of spelling or wording that show up in families of manuscripts that have been copied from a common source. In addition they analyze the writings of second- and third-century church fathers who left extensive quotes of the Scriptures they were reading and studying.

On the basis of such research, scholars assure us that our Bible is a highly reliable representation of the original manuscripts. In The New Testament Documents: Are They Reliable, F. F. Bruce writes, "To sum up, we may quote the verdict of the late Sir Frederic Kenyon, a scholar whose authority to make pronouncements on ancient MSS was second to none: 'The interval then between the data of original composition and the earliest extant evidence become so small to be in fact negligible, and the last foundation for any doubt that the Scripture have come down to us substantially as they were written has now been removed. Backed by such evidence, the Bible also remains the all-time bestselling and most widely read book in the world. Challengers come and go. What remain are the words of those who were willing to die for their claim that they personally witnessed the miraculous life, death, and resurrection of the Son of God. One of those witnesses wrote, "For we did not follow cunningly devised fables when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of His majesty" (2 Peter 1:16).

long time din post anything here so since i'm isaiah skol then wanna share something wif u guys...it's something abt meditation...then hope u guys can actually think n learn something through ur meditation...the 1st topic i wanna share is a proverb...
The Biggest Enemy of "BEST" is "GOOD"...cant understand??b patient n read 1st...every human being neither politicans nor prisoners hv only 24 hours a day...how would u spend ur day??mayb for some1..they will spend at least few hours a day 2 juz sitting b4 the computer...besides com...they still need 2 space out lots time for sms...n tv programme...n gossip???but..how many hours u spend on communcation wif God???for Satan..they kno these teknik wont work on christian who has mature spiritual life...but...Satan oledi kno tis n create another teknik for us...they will let us spend lots time on church activities...but how abt God's view??God create u as His will...but He wont tell u simply...mayb sometimes He oledi told u u aso cant understand...He had oledi planned a special n best n most suitable plan for u...if u juz followed the plan then u should get the greatest blessing...but the church activities le...its aso GOOD...but not best for u...but hor...u will only receive less blessing...so The Biggest Enemy of "BEST" is "GOOD"...so next time dun take part in lots activities...focus on the ministry u have the most interested or u think u suit the most...pray more n think abt it...few years ago i aso got lots ministry work...tell u honestly...u can never 100% concentrate on every work u r doing...dun being bluff for the story of the good servant...dun think if u r given $5000 (tat's mean hv lots spiritual gifts la..)then u muz take part in lots church activities...u muz really focus on every ministry work u r taking part now...if tis ministry work take most of ur time until u canont really keep on ur study or ur family members relationship...juz gv up n lets others replace u...God's wont bless u if u work for him but spoil everything besides ur ministry work...if u cant hv good realtionship wif ur family...then how come u can gv glory n honor 2 ur God??wat would u answer if others say ""tat guy lor...scold his parents at home de...but now leading pnw on stage...how come church can let tis happen de har??"""then wat would u say if u heard tis kinda words from ur church members??Pray 2 God so tat He'll show u the place u should serve Him...n b patient n b focus on everytime u do the work...hope every1 can get the most greatest blessing from God...

"Christian Operation in the World"

I read this article from my friend(An Islam Student) he downloaded the article for me the article called "Operation Christian".I was frustrated when is read this article. Is about an article to remind those Muslims that how "bad" is christianity in the west(USA and Europe).Plus they wanted to control all of the Islamic country. There is a code that the article writes called "SPIDER".

S is for Sexs- To test all the Muslims to if they can resist sex;
P is Politics- To control the world in a single motif;
I is for Ideology- To change the mind of Muslims by forcing them to believe CHRIST;
D is for Drugs- To make sure that all of the Muslims are "HIGH" from drugs;
E is for economics- To make sure that all economics are fair to all of the people but not for Muslims;
R is for Rock- Use rock music to control all of the minds of Muslims.

In his opening address to his evil angels, Satan said, “We can‘t keep the Christians from going to church. We can’t keep them from reading their Bibles and knowing the truth. We can‘t even keep them from forming an intimate, abiding relationship experience in Christ. If they gain that connection with Jesus, our power over them is broken.

So, let them go to their churches; let them have their conservative lifestyles, but steal their time, so they can‘t gain that relationship with Jesus Christ. This is what I want you to do, angels. Distract them from gaining hold of their Saviour and maintaining that vital connection throughout their day!

“How shall we do this?” shouted his angels.

“Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and invent innumerable schemes to occupy their minds,” he answered. “Tempt them to spend, spend, spend, and borrow, borrow, borrow. Persuade the wives to go to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6-7 days each week, 10-12 hours a day, so they can afford empty lifestyles. Keep them from spending time with their children. As their family fragments, soon, their home will offer no escape from the pressures of work!

“Over-stimulate their minds so that they cannot hear that still, small voice. Entice them to play the radio or cassette player whenever they drive. To keep the TV, VCR, CDs and their PCs going constantly in their home and see to it that every store and restaurant in the world plays non-biblical music constantly. This will jam their minds and break that union with Christ. Fill the coffee tables with magazines and newspapers.

"Pound their minds with the news 24 hours a day. Invade their driving moments with billboards. Flood their mailboxes with junk mail, mail order catalogues, sweepstakes, and every kind of newsletter and promotional offering free products, services and false hopes. Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines so the husbands will believe that external beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives. Ha! That will fragment those families quickly!

sad. nightmare, again. almost everynite i had nightmare. and for last nite's, the story goes like this...........

me and my whole bunch of frens were something like cops or wutever it is. and our mission this time was to arrest a stupid guy whom used to commit lots of crime, with his own organization as well. so we've been following up his data for months, and finally we got something.
that nite was something like a show or a concert by a group kindergarten lil children. not a group. it's the whole kindergarten's children. and we were ordered to on duty there. cuz our head says that the guy could be there that nite. so we went. throughout the whole nite, nothing happen, and all of us enjoyed the show. the children performed well that nite. but then after the show, something happen. all of us were at the sth like backstage of that big hall. and suddenly a group of ppl rushed in and started to shoot as many ppl as they could. and we managed to run for our lives to a place like an old flat. and they din chase after us. so we looked for an empty unit, and took a rest there.
the next morning, we woke up and gathered together to have a meeting of what are we supposed to do next. then suddenly i found sth weird. the corps that were actually dead, some of them started to like revive. and i was like so shocked. then suddenly that group of ppl led by that guy came! we quickly ran for our lives but unfortunately, some of our team members died after kena shot by them. during the whole escape, i saw lots of ppl escaping too. me and the other gurl tried to get near him. so we're like playing hide and seek wit him. at 1st i was hiding behind a stairs, and suddenly they stop shooting around, as their head ordered. discovered clearer, i saw a child was trying to beg him for not killing his mum, cuz his mum was caught by him. then when the head is going to shoot him, i ran out and saved that kid. so the head saw me of cuz.
i couldnt run away. and the head was like trying to kill me wit his super duper kick, then suddenly he stopped. and he said "giv her a paper, ask her to fill in her details and she's now our new member." i was like, phew, luckily i was stil alive. then that guy really passed me a piece of paper, and i started to fill in. i simply wrote anything for all the blanks, but when i came to the IC part, i stopped. i couldnt fill in anything, cuz they have their method to check whether the ic no. is true or false. then i thought of 1 idea, i asked joyce to make a phone call back to my home to ask my mum for my ic number. (joyce was also my partner, and she was my sis in my dream. and this dream happens in china.) so joyce ran to the nearest public phone to make a call to my mum, but of cuz she was pretending. so she ended the call and said that my mum lost my ic. so she cant get my number. the head started to suspect my actual idendity, and i knew that i have to run. but after chasing after me for quite a journey, they stopped. and i quickly ran away wit joyce.
suddenly i was in a shopping complex, something like mid valley, then we saw a shoe shop, so we went in. and there was a fashion show going on, and the boss there asked us to change into their uniforms and went up the stage. before we managed to grab the clothes, they arrived. and they pointed their guns to everyone in the shop, and asked them to bow down. then one of them said something "if u 2 are clever enough, if u dont want to hurt them, pls follow us out. we dont mean to hurt those who are not related too." and that's the end of the story.

sounds like a movie rite? and the scene was so weird. suddenly i was in china, then suddenly i came to m'sia again. and i was 被下醒 by this stupid nightmare. and almost every morning i 被下醒 by different different nightmare. sad.

没有脑的蚯蚓 (课题1）

有人问：“什么动物是没有脑的？”
“猪”
“胡说，难道你没喝过猪脑汤吗？ ”
“虾”
“错，难道你不曾听过otak udang吗？ ”
“难道是蚯蚓？ ”

实验
我们暂且接受这个从生物学角度不成立的说法。捉了一只“没有脑”的蚯蚓来做试验。把它放在一个“T” 字水管理，蚯蚓从起点一直爬动到近，尽头是一个“T-junction”。
“向左走？向右走？ ”
右边的尽头放了一碟清水，另加点食物。左边的尽头摆了一个电蚊拍。外形有点像羽球拍，只要一按，电拍的电线就产生电流。
这“无脑”的蚯蚓仍然站在“T”字路口，还在彷徨，犹豫不决，到底该选哪一个方向？
最后，它决定选择左边，继续爬，来到了尽头，“唔，挺新奇的东西。”它卷住了几根铁线，我随手一按，蚯蚓马上颤抖起来，全身有触电的感觉，但不至于死。我把它捉起来，重新放回起点，在做第二次试验。可怜的蚯蚓一拐一拐，又来到了“T-junction”。
“向左还是向右？”它望着左边，有点像刚才走过的路。结果“无脑”却很 “聪明” 的它选择了右边，到了尽头，它找到了食物和清水，还来不及吃，有被我提起，重新放回地点作第三次试验。
从第三回...第四回，我感到惊讶的事，这蚯蚓好像认识路，当一到“T” 字路口， “呵！ ”一声，直接转弯，进入右边，仿佛眼角都不望左边一眼，就如有路牌指示一样。
实验的推论，证明没有脑的蚯蚓尚且会分辨方向，知道哪里有危险？哪里是安全？

* 你不嫉妒朋友。因为你知道你的朋友是属神的，你与朋友之间建立友谊，是因着神的祝福。所以，你不会嫉妒他／她的朋友。你并不奢望拥有对方，能为彼此现有的交往而感到满足。因他／她比你更优秀，所以你就尤衷地感到高兴。

在很久很久以前，太阳就开始喜欢月亮。

而月亮呢？他是地球的守护星。

为了保护地球，月亮宁愿牺牲自己美丽的样貌。

月亮被各类向地球飞来的陨石及小行星撞得这边一个打洞，那边一个大凹…

地球也不是不知道的。

渐渐的，可能是日久生情吧？

太阳其实没有离开过，

弟兄姐妹大家平安，但若你们见到我现在的样子，就会觉得我不平安.我不是不平安，而是我的爱龟在数小时前已经死了. 永远都缩在龟壳里，不会再出来了. 今天我非常伤心. 看看龟龟，流流泪水. 真的很希望耶稣叫我的龟龟死里复活，就好像拉撒路那样. 同时让我想起别像马大的埋怨. 那我该怎么办? 到最后竟然没神迹，但这也不代表没有神. 那我唯有接受这个事实. 弟兄姐妹，你们有否尝试过失去心爱的东西吗? 甚至是一条小生命. 很难受吧...我相信上帝会安慰我们的，从中我学习到要更珍惜我身边所拥有的. 很多事是我们拥有时不会珍惜，到后来失去了才觉得惋惜. 虽然我的龟龟与我相处都不到两个月的时间就死去了，但我平时喂它吃水果和帮它擦擦壳的回忆将会一直藏在我脑海中的回忆录. 弟兄姐妹们，试想我们在人生当中有多长的岁月? 很难预测对吧? 若预测得到, 我绝对不会买这龟龟. 或许有人会说，只不过是一只乌龟，何必说到死人似的. 但若你看待一样东西或小生命的重要. 你很可能会明白了解我现在的心情. 快趁我们还有生命气息的时候好好去珍惜身边的人，去做上帝要我们完成的使命，就像保罗所说的美好的胜战他已打过了. 弟兄姐妹，我不是在这儿夸大些什么的，难听一点来说这次可能是我最后在这里分享. 因为我不晓得明日会发生什么事. 唯有神知道. 这让我学习交托给上帝并顺服. 真人真事在此告一段落. 谢谢你们的耐心.

ok..i feel better..in this week..*seems to be better actually...* now.. bout the problem of classical n comtemp..eventhough i haven make a decision, but today, i felt the satisfaction of playing classical music. cuz i finally played the technical part successfully...and i was so delighted n joy...yahoo!!!! so i think...if i continue to work harder on classical..choosing classical shouldnt be a problem..hopefully..haha....so pray for me lorh...that's all u guys can do..haha =p

oh ya. next week wil be my mid term exam. haihz. hope i can get a better grade in my choir. cuz the sopranos in my choir sung wasnt that good..i hope their singing wont affect my grades. im not saying that im good. but at least me n mandy a bit better than them larh...c how much i can help them. n to help myself too..haha..

Stuck in the middle

When two people put the squeeze on you, the best way out is to stay out.

So your best friend decides to ask your other friend’s ex out, and you already know what’s going to happen…You’re going to be stuck in the middle of it all. Before you can finish your locker combination, one friend is already telling you his side, convinced you will agree with him and straightens your other friend out pronto. You find yourself in a tug-of-war all day, and you don’t even have an end to the rope.
It’s bad enough when you are in a fight with someone, but being smack dab in the middle of someone else’s fight can be way worse. Friends, sibs and even parents can stick you in the middle, often not even deliberately.
There is no-win situation for you because face it-you can’t control what the other two people do or say. So, how do you wig out of it? Muster up some courage and then nicely (you know, that voice you use when you hit them up for mall money) tell them that what they are doing makes you uncomfortable. Tell them it’s hard because you care about both of them, and you don’t think you should have to take sides. Hopefully, they should understand because you are trying to be fair. Even if they are disappointed that you won’t take sides, stand your ground.
If you do decide to get involved, be respectful and don’t point fingers. Tell your parents or friends what you think each of them is doing right, and then help them resolve the issue behind the bickering. If you can help friends or family members see what is important, fights could fizzle. People should focus on solving probs instead of making personal attacks.
Even Jesus has been caught in the middle of two buds battling it out. They were actually sisters. Here’s what He did in this situation.
The Lord and his disciples were traveling along and came to a village. When they got there, a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. She had a sister named Mary, who sat down in front of the Lord and was listening to what He said. Martha was worried about all that had to be done. Finally, she went to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it bother you that my sister has left me to do all the work by myself? Tell her to come and help me!”
The Lord answered, “Martha, Martha! You are worried and upset about so many things, but only one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen what is best, and it will not be taken away from her.”

Martha was upset because her sister Mary was not helping with chores around the house. Sound familiar? Martha wanted Jesus to take Mary’s side, but instead Jesus pointed out that Mary was doing what was the most important thing at that time, spending time with Him.

finally,i've started my lessons since last week,which was my 2nd week of uni..guess wat..i started to feel the stress d..everone bside me is like much more geng than me..one gal finishes her grade 8 last year, wit distinction..n when she told me bout that..i was like..WALIAO!!!!! how did she do that?!!?!i never got my distinction ever since my grade 3..n she got it..!summor grade 8!!haihz..now only i know how terrible i m ....cuz i failed...and another gal..she finished her grade 8 last year nov..oso wit a distinction.. n she sat for her diploma this year in the month of march!!! 4 months...its only 4 months..!!n she's able to prepare 4 songs for her diploma exam!!i was like...oh my god...how can she do that??haihz...thats y i begin to feel the stress..n im classical foundation..but i feel like changing to comtemp...cuz like comtemp suits me more....but i dun think i can make anymore changes...and i have to like force myself to fall in love in classical music..haihz..can anyone pls help me ah..?im going to die already..everyone is like better n more geng than me..how m i going to compete wit them..??impossible rite...?haihz..i regretted to sign up for classical music..looks like comtemp suits me more..haihz..dunno la..hopefully i din make the wrong choice...hopefully..god pls bless me n help me..haihz..

Have a little faith - and lower your risk of depression, heart disease and more

After undergoing a bone marrow transplant for lymphatic cancer last year, Mike Coyne, 33, of Whitman, Massachusetts, credits his healing to his doctors - and his faith. Prayer provided him with reassurance that everything would be OK. "It gave me strengh and peace," says Coyne. That may be why so many people turn to faith for healing. According to a National Institutes of Health survey of 31,000 people, prayer is the most commonly used form of alternative medicine.

"Spiritual people tend to be optimistic and have more self-esteem and social support, factors that improve health," says Yale reseacher Holly Prigerson. She found that bereaved people who used religion to cope needed fewer doctor visits than those who didn't. Other research shown that prayer improves heart disease, hypertension and cancer.

Depression deterrent
In a 2004 Duke University Medical Centre study of 838 hospitalised older adults, those who were more religious had fewer symptoms of depression and better cognitive function than patients who were not religious. And in another study earlier this year, Yale University School of Medicine doctors reported that poor people in urban areas who believed in God were less likely than their nonreligious peers to be depressed during hard times.

Heart helper
Doctors at Italy's University of Pavia found that adults who recited the rosary had improved lung and heart function. In diac patients from the Mid America Heart Institute of St Luke's Hospital, those who unknowingly had others praying for them fared better than heart patients who didn't receive intercessory prayers.

Mood enchancer
In a 2004 study at the University of Washington, people who had strong faith were more optimistic before indergoing heart surgery; other studies have shown that prayer promotes healing post-surgery.

God has granted us such a beautiful gift - prayer. So what should we do? We should pray to Him and glorify His name with this wonderful gift. May all of us pray humbly to our God!!

A Sad Story....

Today I got a assignment from my english lecturer its an article on terrorism, After reading the article. it give me a sad thought... and this is my sharing...

I think human is becoming more and more like an animal. As their need grew more and more desperate they are willing to use any other method to obtain what they want even when taking other people’s life. It is very upset to see the world now a day to have people killing people, people who don’t value others people life and their own by becoming a suicide bomber or hijacking planes to crash into buildings and towers.

As I do not hate these people but I felt pity for them as they do not know how to live peacefully with each other and forget about the hatred and revenge which each of they want to inflict on each party. The most disappointment is the extremist which have interpreted their own religion wrongly which have cause all this havoc and chaos to this world. As far as I have known, isn’t religion always teach us about value of life and living harmony with each other?

In conclusion I hope one day people will learn to value life and try to solve their problem in a more peaceful method and not by killing other human being. As stated in the bible “Let each of you look not to your own interests, but to the interests of others.”

三角恋, 也许真的是世界上最痛苦的事, 但是人们却一而再, 再而三的让自己陷了下去... 是自己太爱那个人了呢? 还是觉得三角恋是很刺激的一个游戏? 我实在不明白...虽然自己曾经陷入这样的一个状况..但跌了一次, 就怕得要命了..... 所谓 "见过鬼还不怕黑吗"....这句话的确对我产生了作用, 但对其他人却似乎毫无作用..是人们对感情这回事已经不在乎了, 还是大家都被 "不在乎天长地久. 只在乎曾经拥有" 这句话所影响...

失败的感情经验, 让我不敢再把自己卷入任何的感情世界里, 也许之前的经验让我有了很大的恐惧感.. 总觉得, 很怕自己会再做错事... 会怕又再被伤害... 与旧同学聚餐时, 他们身边总是会跟着自己的伴侣... 然后, 我又会被问道 : "ei...怎么没有男朋友呢? 有没有人在追求你 ah? 你那么漂亮, 总该会有人追吧... 你没有喜欢人? 不可能吧... 别开玩笑了...." 为什么他们的生命里, 就好像只有"拍拖"这两个字呢? 难道身边没有伴侣就不能活下去吗? 真不明白他们啊......

或许,在现今的社会上, "拍拖" 就好像是一种潮流... 人人都抱这一种 "人有我有" 的心态...搞得天下大乱.... 世风日下.....也许, 身为基督徒的我们, 是否应该反省下, 不再跟随着潮流走呢? 就让我们做个好榜样, 让身边的朋友都知道, 感情是严肃的, 而不是拿来开玩笑的....

last sunday was junior youth sunday...eventhough im not a member of mif*i was*, but i helped my dear bro king to play for his pnw, coz we r in *team 2*!!!!!! yeah team 2 rocks..!!!! cheong keen was the liturgist for the 1st service..n he did it quite well..well done *keen keen*!!!! for the 2nd service, my real brother*long shi* leads the pnw..jiahui was the liturgist for the 2nd service, n my dear bro ken was the interpreter...lol....he did some funny mistakes..n all junior youths who sat at the back of the holy temple laughed...all of us laughed so loud..!!lol...he's damn funny man..n summor he can laugh at himself on the stage...lol...neway...all of the youths really did very very well on that day...and i felt proud of them...hehe....well done guys...buckup wit ur job k...must do more better next year...gambade..!!!god bless u n me...and the KMIF!!!!!

If you're a television freak, you might think it's the cool thing to do. Everyone is doing it. Yeah, right! What do real teens think?

So if you've just turned off the television for the night, and you can't help but wonder if what you were watching is reality. It seems like no matter what channel you turn to, the biggest thing in almost every girl and guy's life on the tube is if they are going to have sex.

They spend all of their time wondering what choice they should make. Some don't want to let their girlfriend or boyfriend down. Others are worried about the relationship not working out if they have sex, or what they would tell their future husband or wife about not being a virgin. What if they get pregnant, or even get a disease?

It's always so complicated, and Hollywood doesn't make it any better. So what are the real answers? What do real teens think, and most importantly, what should you think?

Sexual messages are all around, and it's a challenge to wait to have sex until you are married. It's even more difficult when your girlfriend, your boyfriend or even your friends are pressuring you to do it. But you might be surprised to learn how many teens think sex is worth the wait.

The majority of students in the first survey think it's impossible to wait until marriage to have sex. Impossible? Well, only 4% of students in the next survey think so. TV producers definitely ignore those statistics when they portray in their programs that "everybody thinks it's a normal to have sex."

Kids who wait have a lot of different reasons for doing so. Some want to be married before making a sexual commitment, others are more concerned with their education, and still more are of pregnancy or diseases. Will, 13, says, "I think it's important to wait for the right person."
Nicole, 14, says some kids don't have sex because "they are afraid their parents will find out."

Many students wait to have sex because they know God planned sex for marriage, in which 2 people make a lifelong commitment to each other. That's when sex is truly special, and that is the best reason to wait.

Sex outside of marriage can leave you with a lack of self-respect, with a baby or even with a deadly disease like AIDS. Sex can also leave you with feelings of guilt and rejection if your steady decides he or she wants to end the relationship.

IS SEX THE ANSWER?
Some teens mistakenly believe sex is the ultimate answer to feeling cool, loved, accepted and grown up. But after having sex, those same wants will still be there. Sex won't fulfill those needs.
Sex isn't even the answer to love.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE!
Maybe you think none of this matters. Perhaps you've already had sex and don't feel like there's any reason to wait again until you are married.
But you can start over. It's nver too late...when you let God take control. Make a commitment today to follow God and to ask forgiveness for not following His plan for sex. God's forgiveness will make you a new person-mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Physically, this won't make you a virgin again. But in every other way, it will. Isn't it great?
No one else can take your life and change it the way God can.

IT'S YOUR CHOICE
Maybe you're not even considering having sex anytime. But maybe you are. Either way, now is the best time to make a firm decision about waiting to have sex. And remember, if the person you are dating has a problem with your decision to wait, then you are better off without them.

一位年迈的男子总是害怕瘫痪.
一天，他带着妻子去参加朋友的晚宴.
席间，妻子听到他喃喃自语：“果然如此，我得了麻痹症!”
看到妻子满脸惊讶的神色，他解释说：“我不停捏自己的大腿，捏了5分钟，
竟然一点感觉都没有!”

默想：

Friends are supposed to watch your back so, when they dump on you, it can really hurt. But when they are there for you, it can be the coolest feeling in the world.
Get to know these 6 steps to ensure you're the type of friend who won't let others down(at least not on purposed!).

1)Treat Friends Like You Want To Be Treated
Putting yourself in your friends' kicks is the first and biggest step toward a stellar froendship. Once you have this one down, everything else gets that much easier!
When you have a friend who is dealing with a tough situation, imagine what would you feel like if you were in her place. Think about you would like a friend to do for you in such a sitch, and then do exactly that for your friend. When you treat ithers the way you want to be treated, you become the best friend anyone could imagine.

2)Get Over The Groups
The quickest way to put the brakes on a friendship before it even revs up is to think you are better than someone else. Maybe you are avoiding someone because he is not in the same group, or clique, eventhough you know you could probably help him with something he is going through or just be his pal. You never know, his friendship might turn out to be priceless.

3)Be Slow To Point Fingers
When someone else does somthing wrong, the 1st thing people often want to do is point it out to them or someone else. Feel like fingerpointing? Hold up! 1st, decide why you want to point out someone's flaws. Is it because you care about the person, or is it because you feel superior when others slip up?
Even if a friend has thrown you under the bus, trying to retaliate by painting that person in a bad light is just all wrong. You want to be a great friend, right? Well, a great friend wouldn't do that. When someone hurts you or done something wrong, let your anger simmer down before you do or say things you would not normally do or say. Remember that the way you treat others is often how you will get treated in return!
If you need to confront the person about what he did, talk to him about it--alone, not in front of the whole ninth grade. There are times, though, when it is necessary to tell others waht happened, especially if someone physically hurt you or treatened you. Try talking to your parents or, yes, even a teacher.

4)Be Secretive
A cool way to be a super friend is to do something nice for someone on the sly. It's always fun to get a secret surprise from a friend and to try to figure out who the culprit is. And if you do things without expecting to have roses thrown at you for it, one day, you'll get a better thanks than you ever imagined!

5)Take A Risk--Care Enough To Tell
If a friend you care about is making careless decisions, it's important to have the courage to talk to him about it. Maybe your friend is doing drugs or lying to his 'rents. Eventhough it might seem bossy to tell a friend he needs to change, it's often the right thing to do. In the end, he might even thank you!
Good friends always tackle tough situations head-on because they care about doing what's right more than they care about being rejected. And helping a friend will almost always make you feel grrrrreat!!

6)Be Trustworthy
It might sound hokey, but honesty is the best policy. And it's a major must if you want to be a friend others can trust. When people trust you, they believe you will always tell the truth, that you genuinely want what is best for others and that you will never betray them.
A good friend will always try to do those things, and there is one friend you can have who will always suceed! That person is Jesus, God's Son, and He will never let you down. He is the best friend you could ask for because not only does He want what is best for you, He also has the power to make it happen.
Jesus loves you unconditionally, and He will always be there for you. He wants to be your friend, and that's why He came to Earth 2000 years ago. He came to show His love and to invite people to have a friendship with Him.

Yesterday was MYF's the movie evangelism night, and i've try my best to invite my best friend to the movie..n finally...she came!!! I'm so happy when she said "Ok!" in the phone call..hurray..!! she was the 1st person i've successfully brought to church..and im so happy and delighted!!! waoh...hehe..thank god she actually enjoyed the movie, eventhough she didn't cry like me..hehe..anyway..really thank god that i've did what i should do according to the MYF's mision.. "one person bring a person to church"...hehe... =p

有愛才有希望　

所以，這張專輯不是要榮耀我，而是要去榮耀神的愛﹑信心及希望，不管你是不是基督徒，你聽這些歌時，希望你可以得到這些信息，這是我最重要要傳達的。　做一個基督徒，我覺得最重要的，是要讓別人可以感動，讓別人接受到要傳達的訊息，我們不能只是去傳道，而是要去做，要有行動。
我們看耶穌講好多的故事﹑比喻，但是更重要的是耶穌也做很多事情，改變很多人，因為他們看見了。所以，身為一個基督徒，我們要用行動去表達我的信仰，要去做，而不是只是說一些大道理，而是去做﹑去影響別人。　我小時候就念基督教的學校，其實那時候搞不清楚到底是什麼，因為聖經是一本很複雜的書，對一個小孩來說很難了解，而信仰是要自己去體會的。
詩篇廿三篇對我來說一直是很重要的經文，人都是到最脆弱﹑最沮喪﹑最低潮的時候才會需要神，需要上帝的的光。而最奇妙的是，在那個時候你禱告，上帝就會出現，而祂怎麼出現，要自己去感受，祂不像對摩西一樣出現焚燒的荊棘，而是用其他很有能力的方式出現，是自己要去體會。　
當我遇到難處的時候，我都會去禱告，跟上帝禱告要先求心裡充滿很多的愛，因為心裡有愛的時候，才會看見上帝在跟你說話，也才會聽到上帝跟你講話。我覺得上帝給我最大的禮物，不是做音樂的那個禮物，而是祂讓我有一個充滿希望的一顆心，因為有希望，就有愛，有愛就會有希望。沒有愛，不可能有希望。

The Da Vinci Code??......a review

Last summer, I picked out "The Da Vinci Code" at random in a bookstore. I'd definitely agree that it was one of those books that you could never put down. Well lately, it has been regarded as anti-christ. I totally agree with that statement. The novel, in my opinion started off as an innocent thriller. However, halfway through, it starts placing untruthful facts that Jesus Christ was more of a human than God's son. He was even said to have married Mary Magdalene (her name is mentioned in the Bible...but not in that sense!) This is totally ridiculous!. However, as the writer has included several true facts in his novel, the reader may accept the writer's perception of Jesus to be true. Well I'm not saying that this book is a must-not-read. I just think that the devil is always using all sorts of stuff to deceive us. So we should be prepared by studying the Bible and know more about it. Matthew 24:4, "Jesus answered:"Watch out that no one deceives you." Somehow I believe that there is no harm in reading the novel. (to read it or not, depends on the individual) In fact, it might be useful to know what the novel talks about, so that we, as Christians, are ready to face questions non-believers may ask us. Especially when this novel has become a New York Times Bestseller.

During my devotion time I read through Romans 12. It talks about Life in God’s service. “Offer yourselves as a living sacrifice to God, dedicated to his service and pleasing to him’. Romans 12:1 We’ve sing this verse in songs and we’ve said it so many times, but seriously how many of us has really made that decision to offer ourselves to God. I believe that to run the race for God, to offer ourselves as a sacrifice it does not just come like that but we have to make that decision. I’m not saying decisions that we just make during altar calls then forgot about them the moment we leave church or after 1 week. The decision should be a life long decision. God is waiting patiently for us to run the race with him. Are you ready? I really challenge every single one of you to make that decision today to offer ourselves as sacrifices and run that race. We do not know whether if this is our last day on earth so don’t waste anymore time. When we do run this race, there will be problems in fact it will come one after another, but its all to shape our character and most of all know that God is with us while we are running the race.

去年九一一事件，對我來說是一個很大的打擊，超過我所想像的大，發生後的幾個禮拜中，我只把它看成一個很大的恐怖行動，而也剛好發生在美國。那時我每天看新聞，注意所有的消息，當時的感覺實在是太震撼了，讓我無法思考它的意義。
過了一個月左右，我一個人在錄音室裡彈琴，也沒有特別要寫歌，就只是抱著吉他在彈。那時，我反覆彈我經常彈的三個和絃，其實是很平常的，也沒有什麼企圖要寫歌，大約彈了十分多鐘，我就開始哭了，那時我才發現，在那一剎那，我把一個月之內的心情消化，在那一刻裡，就釋放出來。
當時，我開始去想，我為什麼要繼續做唱片﹖我為什麼要繼續做音樂﹖做藝人的意義是什麼﹖生命這麼珍貴，生命也是這麼的脆弱，九一一事件裡那些人的生命在這一剎那，一個鐘頭內全部改變。　加上之前，我每次回台灣看到新聞報導裡，那些暴力事件，不禁思想，為什麼世界上會有這麼多不幸的事情發生﹖上帝為什麼會允許這樣的事發生，也開始去想，是不是上帝在懲罰我們﹖心中開始有很多疑問﹖並且想，我可以做什麼﹖我可以做什麼來改變一些事情﹖
九一一的震撼 　當時，剛好我在做專輯，我一直在想，我應該做一些事情，所以，我把我想說的﹑想做的放在音樂裡面。我做音樂一直都是要傳達一個信息，就是「愛和希望」。而這次的專輯，因著九一一的緣故，我特別要去說一些事情﹑做一些事情。　我覺得信息是有力量的，我也覺得它會有人聽。就像一個牧師講道，可以有一千人聽他講道，而最後呼召的時候，只有兩個人舉手要信耶穌，這樣其實就夠了，因為有兩個人聽懂了，而我做音樂也是這樣子，能夠有多少人買我的專輯，有多少人收到那個信息，我不曉得。可能那個人只是覺得好好聽，可能會有些人說，我聽到了當中我想要傳達的信息。

神的禮物

其實，在這次專輯的簽名會中，讓我最感動的是，聽到一些人說﹕「謝謝你，你的音樂給我很多的感動，你的音樂給我很多的力量。」因為我覺得這是神給我們的。　Dear God這首歌，是我唱了十分鐘寫出來的歌，是專輯上的第三首歌。我覺得這是上帝給我的禮物，而神給我這個禮物不只是要我好好的保管，神給我這個禮物，說你還要再去送給大家，我覺得這就是我想傳達的信息。Dear God這首歌不是我坐在那裡，企圖要寫一首講九一一事件的歌，想說出我的故事，說出我的感動。它其實是很莫名奇妙就降下來，我一開口，它就出來了，從頭到尾就出來了，如果這不是神的禮物，那是什麼﹖

一直都在想，能夠透過音樂做什麼事情，除了只是做音樂，給大家快樂﹑娛樂之外，音樂不應只是這樣。我一直在思考，當然這當中有很多考量，如音樂的大環境，尤其是台灣的流行音樂，其實能夠做的東西是滿狹窄的，而做音樂的人都要不斷地突破，不一定是突破自己，而是去突破﹑挑戰這個環境。　在我的第一張或第二張專輯，我都有試圖去做一些不同的東西，不是說，透過音樂去傳福音﹑傳道，而是用音樂去讓人覺得有希望﹑有愛，當然這是跟我的信仰很有關係的，聖經中教導我們的就是「Love」，比如說第二條誡命是愛人如己，所以，基督教跟其他宗教不一樣的是，它教導我們Love及Peace，教導我們不要對這個世界放棄，我們不要祇是活在這個世界而已，而是要去影響﹑去做一些事情。

因為我從小唸基督教學校的關係，這些就變成我的一部份，對我影響很大，我做的每一件事情﹑每一個動機都會回到上帝面前，思想如何用音樂傳達神的愛。

感情的事情我都交給上帝，我會希望她是基督徒，就算她不是，我會希望她會因為我而認識上帝, 我必須要知道我的女朋友或太太她是一個愛主的人，而且我們在信仰上可以分享，彼此有影響。我對上帝沒有什麼要求，你給我什麼我就接受。上帝給我麻煩，我就接受，因為祂要讓我在麻煩中學習。所以，上帝要給我的配偶，我擋都擋不住，她出現，就出現，而我要做的就是禱告﹑等候。
基督徒有很多種，有高的﹑矮的﹑胖的﹑瘦的﹑黑的﹑白的，也有藝人，有很多的基督徒都是一樣的，也會軟弱﹑也會難過﹑也會開心﹑也喜歡出去玩﹑也會被世界的東西誘惑.我不會刻意說我是基督徒，但是我不會隱瞞我是基督徒，當別人問我的時候，我會說我是基督徒，也會分享神在我生命裡作的事情，但是，我們真的要用做的，活出一個模範，很多時候我會想，耶穌會怎麼做，而不只是耶穌說了什麼﹖

某大学每年将本念度毕业生的合影挂在学生活动大楼内，

还在每个班级的镜框旁贴上最具有代表性的圣经经文来

作为说明。一次，某毕业班同学问一位教授，圣经中哪

一章节最能说明本班的情况。

“约翰福音11：35。”教授回答说。

同学们急忙翻开圣经，找到教授指出的那一节，只见上

面写着： “耶稣哭了。”

默想：

若主耶稣今日再来，他会用圣经中哪句话来形容你今日所过的生活？
在你读经的时后，是否有读到一些经节适合改造或印证你目前的生活状况？还是你根本没有过读经祷告的生活？
我们是否有常常检讨和审察自己的行为与生活吗？

祷告是上帝为我们设立的恩典及恩赐。。。只有一个目的就是要我们与他多说话，他总喜欢听我们说。。。就接着祷告，祈求和感谢。。。。

特别就为这几样事情来祷告：
一，我们所敬爱的饶牧师。。他将会有几个手术要动。。就求神看顾保守他的生命及整个手术的过程。。。
二，叶慧仪的婆婆（林素美，也称“叶太“）最近患了轻微的风湿。也观察到，说话的时候，嘴巴都好像歪了一边，相信是嘴巴已经稍微脱骼了吧。。

所以请弟兄姐妹多多为他们来祷告。。。把他们也放在你们的祷告当中，纪念他们，为他们来祈求。。

三，也为唐崇荣牧师代祷，因为他也会进行一个心藏手术。。。危险性相当的高。。。

多祷告，多有能力！！

今天看了这部电影后，有深深的感触。虽然你我的生活潦倒，渗入困境，
是谁能够给我们力量呢？弟兄姐妹很多时后我们就像剧中的女主角不晓
得如何挽回她的朋友，亲人甚至丈夫。但却佩服她对上帝的坚定不移的祷
告和祈求。(你们祷告，无论求什么，只要信，就必的着。太21：22) 另
一方面她的丈夫做尽坏事，上帝会接纳他吗？从剧情里大家都有目共堵，
上帝总是预备一条新路给我们。(我来本不是召义人悔改，乃是召罪人悔改。
路5：32) 最重要的是问问自己，“我愿意吗？”一个的突变- 新造的人，
勇气与力量从哪里来，你又晓得吗？不错，神说，“若有人在基督里，他
就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了”(林后5：17) 是不是很奇怪为
什么男主角与几位弟兄扛起十字架又到处传福音？其实一点都不希奇。耶
稣对众人说，“若有人要跟从我，就当舍己，天天背起十字架来跟从我。”
(路9：23)

配搭事奉

个人不要单顾自己的事，也要顾别人的事。(腓2：3-4)

一只狗和一匹马。。，一起为庄家人干活,不知道什么原因，
这只狗竟然同这匹马斤斤计较起来。狗说道，“身材高大的
家伙! 应该把你赶出家外。你无非只是耕田与拉车，你根本
就没什么英勇的行动，你凭什么跟我相必？不论白天或黑夜，
我都不知道休息，白天我在牧场上看管羊群，晚上我还得守
护家门。”

马回答说，“你说的对，但是假如我不去耕种，那么这儿也
没什么东西需要你看守了！”

分享
我们在教会事奉上总觉得自己比别人强，所以很难与其他的
兄弟姐妹配搭事奉。其实配搭事奉能让我们看到自己的有限，
很多事并无法自己一个人“一脚踢”。审察我们自己是否也一样？

Brother is sister who are free tomorrow pls come to church and help out.. i just got news from the MYF saying that.. they are lacking ppl in ushering.. if anyone of u is planing to go to watch the movie.. pls do come in early abit to help out the MYF... and thoese who can't make it... pls support us by ur praying about this event... and hope that god will watch over us and let his holy spirit touch those new soul who are yet to be save....

这是个笑话，但我们往往就像小明，不愿意动手去做就把所有
的责任推卸给神。若是自己引起的，就得自己承担下来，但可
以求神给你力量去承担。只要我们尽了力，神自然在其中工作

嘿！弟兄姐妹，因为我的“红磨”(hokkien)不好.那我就用华文喔。

透过唐牧师讲的道，让我真正明白祷告的意义。Prayer 就是祷告，祈求与感谢。

以祷告向神述说聊天，以祈求向神要供应，以感谢向神表达谢意。

我自己也加入一句，祷告也问问神我们可以为他付出什么！！！
